At Skipping Pigeon, everything we send out is designed to bring a smile, a skip, or at least a cheerful nod. That said, sometimes things go a little wonky — and we’ve got you covered if they do. Well, they haven't just yet, because we test our products before deciding they're up to snuff (hence why it has been a multi-year venture) - but statistically speaking, it shall be bound to happen. And we, of course, have your back,

💡 Change of Mind or Wrong Size

Because many of our goodies (like clothing and prints) are made to order especially for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or if you’ve simply decided your pet/floof-boof deserves it more than you do (and they're a wee bit smaller...or larger, we don't judge here). Please double-check size guides and product details before placing your order — we do our best to make them super clear!

🧵 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or clearly not up to scratch, we’ll happily make it right.

Just email us within 7 days of receiving your order at skippingpigeon@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement — whichever makes the most sense.

💌 Returns Process

Because we work with several vedorsp, we don’t accept physical returns unless specifically requested by our team. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

🕒 Processing Time

Refunds for approved claims are usually processed within 5–10 business days once confirmed.
