Ship, ship, ship!

🚚 Skipping Pigeon Shipping Policy

At Skipping Pigeon, we believe happy mail shouldn’t come with scary postage fees or long mysteries about where your parcel’s gone. Below you’ll find how we handle shipping, simply and clearly — so you can get back to skipping to your own beat.

💌 Free Shipping on Little Joys

Many of our small goodies (like stickers and lightweight treasures) ship free, because we think you should be able to brighten your day without paying extra just to get it there.

📦 Standard Shipping

For larger or heavier items — such as clothing, mugs, or building kits — standard shipping rates apply. These are automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product type and destination.

🌏 Where We Ship

We currently ship across Australia (and sometimes beyond, if a pigeon can get there). Each item’s product page lists its availability and delivery estimates.

⏰ Processing & Delivery Times

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days, with delivery times varying by location. Print-on-demand items (like clothing and mugs) are made especially for you, so please allow a little extra time for production magic.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within 7 days for drinkware and apparel.

  • 10 days-ish max for smaller goods (we save on freight by having these pigeons additionally carry a coconut by the husk between them. We won't say what country we source our pigeons from - it shouldn't matter).

🕊️ Tracking

Once your order’s on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (where available). Smaller free-shipping items may arrive by standard post without tracking — but they’ll still get there safely!

💔 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel seems to have gone missing or arrives in less-than-joyful condition, please email us at skippingpigeon@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (and photo if applicable). We’ll sort it out quickly and kindly.

💚 A Note on Sustainability

We try to pack orders thoughtfully, using minimal packaging and recyclable materials wherever possible — because even pigeons prefer a cleaner planet.
